Rules in the Bars

ARTICLE 5: to defects of rules, the locale and establishment it clasificate in:

a) Specific establishment where they could sell alcoholic beverage.

b) Don´t specific establishment where could sell and drink alcoholic beverage: touristic cente, casinos, social center, restaurants.

c) Places where can accept in eventual form, the selling and consumer of alcoholic beverages.

CHAPTER THIRD: ARTICLE 19: to the rules effects is consider like: permisse, the document dispatch for the municipal president for a determinate time or specific place. It has to have an order

1.- Name, address and nationality, if is foreign he should prove tha has a permisse for the secretaria de gobernación to dedicate at this activity.

2.- Sanitary licence.

3.-Residence certificate in the municipio of trhee months.

4.- Place where the establishment is.

5. To present the certificate where prove thah he/she doesn´t have andecedent penalty.

They have to pay this quantity:

Cabarets or discos.............................$ 25.000.00

Antros..................................................$ 20.000.00

Bars and Beer´s store.......................$ 10.000.00

Grocery stores....................................$ 5.000.00
